When dog walking, we don’t do it in bulk. We don’t pack dogs in a van and drive them around Leeds.

Where practical, dogs are walked from their home and where that is not possible they will only be driven a short distance of no more than 5 minutes. We walk a maximum of 3 dogs at a time and only with dogs of a similar size and disposition, this approach is the mainstay of our pet care service.

It makes our dog walking more of a personal and happy experience for your dog who will be a comfortable walking in familiar surroundings.

Main services

PAIRED DOG WALKING

Consisting of no more than 2 dogs or 3 if 2 are from the same household. We normally use an extendable lead and prefer to use a harness for security reasons and for added safety, a tether is attached to the lead and walker.

Household Dog Walk

2 dogs from the same household more can be negotiated.

INDIVIDUAL DOG WALKING

Some dogs prefer routine and the familiarity of the walk they do with their owners from home. I can replicate this walk with them, or we can walk or transport them to one of several safe dog walking areas that I use

Prices start from £18.50

HOME VISIT

We can feed your pet, let it out in your own garden, spend some quality time with it. In addition, I can clear out cat litters and clean up any accidents.

All services attract a 25% surcharge out of business hours, 50% at weekends and 100% on Bank Holidays

What else do I provide?

SECURE DOG EXERCISE

Some dogs love nothing more than to run free but can't be trusted off the lead. I regularly make trips to a secure dog walking field that is perfect for dogs just like this. The field is double gated with high fencing. I a group no larger than 4 for exercise and play. I can include your dog in one of these trips for little more than a regular walk. You will get pictures and video of your dog, off their lead and playing with new friends.

VET VISIT

If you have a pet visit you can no longer make personally, I can pick up your pet, transport it to the vet and make detailed notes on your behalf before returning your pet home.

Roundhay Pet Care offers a range of services to help you care for you pet when you can’t be there.
These services are exclusive to the Gledhow, Oakwood and Roundhay areas of Leeds.
I don’t just walk dogs, I can help you care for your whole menagerie while you’re at work or away from home for an extended period of time (this does not include pet sitting, day care or boarding).
Pet visits are also possible to feed or exercise in your own garden.
